baby milk cans are chained in supermarkets to prevent the desperately poor to steal milk to feed their babies, but those in charge of the safety of some nations ie: Generals, Defense Ministers (no one in particular) can get away with losing/stealing/selling air force jet engines...ie: robbing the nation's assets/from national coffers and get rewarded with full pensions/premierships (I mean shouldn't the top gun in charge resign even if he wasn't involved? isn't that what any normal public office holder would do for failing in his duties to keep track of assets under his stewardship?)
the message being sent is: crime does pay...only for the richest and most influential.
so you poor sods, get some better chain-cutters to feed your hungry babies, and learn how NOT to get caught, okaaay??

Well said, well said, my friend! The MACC is catching the low level wage earners, while the policy makers get off scot-free! And they dared to wonder why Malaysia has slipped down the Corruption Perception Index again?
