The West Fjords are a series of peninsulas in northwestern Iceland. They represent less than one-eighth the country's land area, but their jagged perimeter accounts for more than half of Iceland's total coastline.

As air flows over and around objects in its path, spiraling eddies, known as Von Karman vortices, may form. The vortices in this image were created when prevailing winds sweeping east across the northern Pacific Ocean encountered Alaska's Aleutian Islands.

yeah I love His Art...better than looking at Picasso or Gogh (sometimes I try to rack my brains, trying to understand what is so beautiful abt some of these paintings that they are worth such an obscene amount of money..and people just hang them on the walls...for what?? )
