This is so vivid and starkly real. All addiction leaves us like this when the source is no longer there.
This is how I felt when my heart was broken so many years ago. Just to breathe, made me ache.
But there is sunshine after this storm. It is hard to believe now, but you must. As a very wise man said to me just yesterday: '... and this, too, will pass....': in the delirium of happiness, in the depths of sadness and despair - in the ups and downs of life, this too will pass.
