I was supposed to start my Senaman Tua exercises again today, but a sudden guest dropped by...so I guess I can only start next week.
My bro Nadzrin introduced me to this art, and he gave me and my kids personal training until we learnt all the moves...but as always, when on my own, I get LAZY. So when I heard that the guru himself Azlan Ghanie, was holding classes in Setapak on Wednesdays and Saturdays, I was so glad, coz all the body parts have been rearranging themselves after a hiatus in my exercise regime starting from Ramadan...haha...
The moves are graceful and measured, but after two hours, you feel like you had a really great workout....

Sounds like the best kind of exercise. I'm starting again, too :) Have been lazy, then got sick, and now feel bleah! so I've decided to get on track again.
Soon we'll both be fit and fine, eh? Hahahaha.
