About valerian - it stinks to high heaven, no? I tried it once. Eewww! Now if I can't sleep - I come online, or just read lah. Better than tossing and turning!

Yeah it stinks, but works wonders..hehe...esp in potent tincture form mixed with hops. There is a swiss formula, but hard to get nowadays.

i'm not tehsin. honestly! hope to die and all that.
i just came from tehsin's blog. she told me that because my stupid profile was accidently linked to her former blog, you didn't believe her when she said she and me are not the same person.
i think the confusion happened on that fateful day when her old blog shimmied in and out of blogdom because she was being pressured to desist from further blogging by someone.
it caused her to do a temporary block of her blog. by some quirk of blogspot process my name and email address got accidently attributed to her blog.
she must have been changing her blog's name at the same time i was trying to access it or something.
just want to put that straight so you know you have two gorgeous lady fans in us instead of one. ;D
