I had intially closed my blog after I found that some one I loathed was reading my blog and passing crappy judgments, but then I thought, what the hell. She doesn't have the grey matter nor heart to speak out, and I am not going to deny anyone the truth of what I feel is important and should be brought up, no matter what they think of me. Like I care? Yeah, I am not perfect, but then who is? Oh...sorry...YOU are?
Only those who matter like my kids, my TRUE friends and my blogging buddies here know what I am all about. I came across this paper which I felt so accurately presents the dilemma and sufferings of single mums in Malaysia. This person mentioned above was a divorcee when some one so gallantly "rescued" her at the expense of his own family's happiness. She was left with a thriving business and no kids upon being divorced, and was "rescued" so swiftly, so for her the issue I am highlighting does not apply because someone like her can afford to sit back and smile at the carnage inflicted on other women by her ilk.
The following paper by Puspa accurately reflects what a MAJORITY of Malaysian especially Malay/Muslim wives abandoned, widowed, polygamised unjustly or divorced face after the fact. Islam has enshrined women's rights so beautifully and justly, but it has been abused, used and distorted to feed the patriarchal and chauvinistic appetites of Malay men/leaders/lawmakers et al for their own benefit.

would you believe i found you totally on the strength of recognizing your writing style? :D
i'm glad you decide to reblog openly.
the beeatch already robbed you of so much, you shouldn't allow her to also rob your freedom to express yourself as you will and the joy you find in writing.
Hi Mekyam!
Thanks for stopping by..hehe..you did??
Actually y'know, I should be grateful to the bitch (I'm not as polite as you) for taking off a big load of crap off my shoulders and hands!!! Leave all the dirty work to her...ahahaha...
Good Luck to her...KAH KAH KAH...SHE SURE KNOWS NOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT...DONTCHA??
Luv ya, Mekyam...
Good for you! Yay!
You are you, and you are wonderful and strong. And NO ONE should determine how you behave and what you do. If you let them, you are handing them control. And no one is in control but you, Tiger Lady!
What an excellent role model you are for your girls. You are saying: we are strong, and we can do this. The world may not be treating us right right now, but soon, we will be on our feet again. Talk about girl power! Hahahaha!
I'm proud of you, girl!
Pat
Hey Pat...
Thanks for your support.
Reading this will probably get her reporting to the ex about this tiger's "arrogance". Well...can't win all eh?
WHAT DO THEY EXPECT ME TO DO? LAY DOWN AND WEEP AND DIE? OR GO ROB OTHERS OF THEIR LIVES LIKE HER?
HAH. GOD IS GREAT. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
SOON...
Yes, what goes around comes around. Let it not be you who decides her true fate. Why soil your hands?
Aiyah, memang tigers are arrogant!!! They are beautiful, and do you see anyone wanting to argue with them? Muahahaha!
Hugs,
Pat
Pat, so true. Why soil my hands, eh?
BTW, about em tigers...yeah they are beautiful. Pity that instead of trying to understand and respect them, some just prefer to SHOOT THEM DEAD.
In this world, loyalty amounts to nothing...
Hugs back,
Tehsin
Remove the Shattered Glass from your Eyes and the Thorn from your Heart...and Heal it will .
Knights Templar...
Did you know that lasik surgery was inadvertently discovered when a Russian boy had glass shards removed from his eye and then the docs were amazed to find that his vision IMPROVED compared to before? Something to do with the scar tissue...the same method they use now.
And yes, a thorn in the heart sure wakes us up...a real jumpstart (or natural life-saving bypass surgery..hehe)
So, yes, a little cut here and there sure can bring a lot of healing elsewhere.
Thanks bro.
luv ya, back!
you know what i think about your mental and emotional strength and writing prowess, so i won't belabour you with repetitions [unless you fish, of course. ;D]
but look at the awesome supportive friends you made through your blogs. pat and the rest are the kind of lovely people who recognize true quality when they see them.
sampah like those who hurt you and your girls will get their come-uppance. leave it to God.
don't look back, girl!
looking forward to reading your entries and comments on other blogs regularly again.
Mekyam.
Repetition won't hurt...hehehe
Yes, I have such lovely, supportive friends like you guys...what more could I ask for?
(Ummm...maybe a younger version of Christopher Walken on these long nights? haha)
