6 (ok eight!) pieces goreng pisang (plus a load of the "kerak")
2 vadai
1 cok keria
1 karipap
(there was more but I will stop there..)
There goes resolution number one, only 3 days into the new year. I don't think that 30 minutes of cycling did any good....how many hours does one need to cycle to lose that million calories, anyway?
And how can one claim not to have enough money and still be able to eat so much? Or maybe she is sitting on it. The money. Booty. All went to the booty.
Ok Nadzrin, kickboxing it is.
Will kick myself first...then that black dog.
With IJN going to the the other dogs, as in rabid, I couldn't afford a bypass if I needed one later from all that binge eating.
Kickboxing it is...

Amboi!!Kickboxing eh?You tahu tak nak angkat one side thunderthigh bukan main mengah?I ambik kejap je hari tu.Lepastu tak larat lah.
Tapi you cubalah.Maybe it'll suit you much better.I need to take more calcium intake. These old bones are starting to creak!Sekarang I ikut low impact aerobics!Tu pun balik rumah terhenjut2 sakit peha or kaki..hehehe
Hai, I'm back after a month of missing this iron lady. So many blogs to catch up. Continue posting your stuff.
mamasita,
Tak tau lagi larat ke tak. Dulu buat weights, circuit training, menjadi lah juga walau makan tetap makan, at least tak ler macam jell-o. Pastu berhenti ..walking jer. Not enough la. Tension la tengok cermin...hahaha..
Kawan I suruh try kickboxing...tengok lah larat ke tak...hehe...
Ummie,
you went for haj ke?
Hi Tiger
Grrr...dahlah garang. Ambik kick boxing lak! hehehe
Have fun, dear!
Salam Ydiana,
Lama tak nampak...
Hey, I tak garang la...betul...tanye si Steven tu...heheh.
Try swimming la. I think its the best form of exercise because you get to work out the muscles plus there is no impact on the joints unlike jogging.
Riddzy,
I got phobia of water....heheh.
My kids, I made sure learnt to swim. Yang eldest tak sabar2 nak belajar scuba...
Me...wait la until I get over my phobia, which is - when I die...
Salam MT,
Try aerobics and synchronize your movement to Bangra tune, certainly it makes your body move.
That's what Katrina always does. Proven she keeps her body (telan air liur) in perfect shape.
An-Nimr,
Pilates...at least 30 sessions :)
I need to exercise because i LOVE eating!
Tot we are doing that 'diet donuts' secret recipe thingy!? Shhh...
Alah, goreng pisang aje tak pe :-)
Kickboxing tough tau? Macam Mamasita kata, you'll hurt in places you never thought you had...haha
Try climbing lah. Pi dengan anak-anak kat Lake Gardens tu and climb the grass slopes. When you're stronger, you can climb the steps to Tun Razak Memorial from the Gardens. Lepas tu, have a picnic at the gazebo on top.
Lepas picnic, pi jalan-jalan kat orchid gardens, feed the rusa or the fish, or just enjoy the greenery.
Fresh air, no sweaty people around you, time with the kids and...free!
wsalam PS,
maybe you can start a Bhagra Studio for us tak? you can wear your turban, the works and teach us ladies!
Naz,
Yeah I love to eat also...I'm like that Nigella, midnite fridge raider but I wish I looked like her...full, voluptuous, tall and rich (you think she sticks her finger down her throat after those filming sessions? appearances... hahaha)
Steven,
Aren't you supposed to do all the hard work with the "secret recipe" and I only count the money? Aiyah! I don't "do nuts", I tell ya.
Cap'n,
Goreng pisang for women at 40 will remain with you for a year given the metabolism slowdown.
Picnic sounds good. haven't been for ages. Always waiting for Husam/Branson to take me to the Tuscany valley or Cotswold or something...guess Lake Gardens ok la...hope I don't step on any used condoms (wait, I think over here, they don't use 'em)...hehehe
BTW, don't we have to pay for all the bird parks and gardens? I remember the last time I went, tu pun bawak mat salleh, kena bayar.
How many parks do we have anyway, eh?
Hey Nimr,
You can dance to these songs... -->
Bird and butterfly parks kena bayar -- I think they've been outsourced (model for IJN?) -- the others still free. But it's the open air that I like...and the smell of freshly cut grass. Then you can get a nice cool drink at the Bird park restaurant with a kenyalang or two for company. My kids love it.
Dunno about the park in Titiwangsa - I've not been there in a while...
Tidakpun pi Pusat Sains Negara. Lots to do and lots of space, safe for kids and not crowded. kena bayaq skitlah haha.
I've been wanting to try belly dancing. I don't need to lose weight (ehem!) but I could use a flatter tummy. Plus, I'm sure it's fun wearing all those sexy, glittery, thingy around your waist and hear the kaching2 sound it makes when you move your pinggang. Hulalaaa!!
Here's my bypass theory : next time you are near a sweet shop, JCo or whatever, juts bypass lah.. no need lots of money.
Tehsin
I know...just nak usik you. You actually have a soft heart but not without a temper. Am I right? TQ!
Hey Cap'n,
Mane link lagu tu, dah siap nak menari ni.
Hmmm...lama tak pi tose parks, selalu kat Titiwangsa je...nanti la bawak kids.
But for exercise, real fat burning and toning, jalan bersiar2 is not gonna work la doc, kena push the heart rate up not lull you to sleep under the pokok...that one after exercise can la...hahaha
Markonah,
I also thot of bellydancing...jom nak join? You kat KL ke? Mase kids kat school leh la amik chance work out...sweat the blues away
Ydiana,
Bukan temper la...fiery passion lah! hehehe...
i'm with Ridzzy and captcalicojack!
swimming is high all-over resistance and very low impact. très kind to the joints. if you find doing laps boring (like me), just do water-aerobics. even water-treading alone uses almost all muscles.
capt calicojack's recommendation, while harder on the knees and may require you to be suitably shod, sounds like something that is good for both body and soul.
i'm definitely trying it, even if the experience proves as trying (pun unintended) as the one he recounted here http://captcalicojack.wordpress.com/2009/01/03/trying-times/.
Hi Mek,
Umm...can't swim...hahaha. nama jer Nimr, tapi penakut air!
I will stick to the pirate's park for the soul and Have fun with Markonah bellydancing (what a sight that would be...my kids will have fun laughing...or try to hide somewhere, or minta asylum in a faraway nation....)
Steven, donuts I can bypass, but bagels, cannot pass...extra cream cheese and salmon please....
Sabaah al khayr, an-Nimr,
The songs be on me ship. Just press on 'Me Booty' haha.
