Cap'n, just thought the article on depression will be helpful to anyone...btw, depression sometimes is physically triggered first, thru illness. childbirth...etc... the issues you mentioned just exacerbate it...good to read to once in a while to remind oneself/get a perspective again when it gets overwhelming or clouds judgment, a check on the negative thoughts yg tak terkawal versus reality...
