This blog is temporarily closed in mourning for the Palestinians who have been systematically forced into concentration camps disguised as refugee camps in their own lands, blockaded, starved and now terrorized and butchered by Israel and the US while the world watches.

The UNWRA Chief was almost in tears on Al Jazeera describing the "inhumanity" of the situation in Gaza, the carnage, the hunger, the thirst, the fear, the blockade of aid, the total absence of safe havens...and he further said, "they do not even have the option to flee as in any other war in the world." They are effectively caged in.

"The world leaders are accountable for these deaths".

Ironic how a people who allegedly suffered the holocaust at the hands of the Nazis are acting more inhumane than the Nazis themselves. Maybe Josef Mengele succeeded in his experiments, and produced pure evil.

I read that an UNRWA school got hit.

Caliph Abu Bakr' said this to his army:

' Stop, O people, that I may give you ten rules for your guidance in the battlefield. Do not commit treachery or deviate from the right path. You must not mutilate dead bodies. Neither kill a child, nor a woman. nor an aged man. Bring no harm to the trees, nor burn them with fire, especially those which are fruitful. Slay not any of the enemy's flock. save for your food. You are likely to pass by people who have devoted their lives to monastic services; leave them alone" '

That is the difference between us and them. They have no such injunctions but in the end victory is not for them to decide.

I'm not sure if an earlier post got thru'.

I see your point.

But I think posting and reminding people of the atrocities is one way of helping.

A good friend told me:

' If you think you are too small to be effective, you have never been in bed with a mosquito.” Italian Poet - Dante [1265-1321] '

Keep your chin up, Nimr the Goodheart

Mamasita, Cap'n,

Just feel so upset lah, and can't blog about other things...macam meremehkan suffering orang lain...

Ya cap'n, we have rules, animals have rules, but these so called "civilised" nations' leaders are just pure evil.

Like I mentioned on your blog before, by reducing them to "terrorists", it justifies their action.

But Farish puts the same thing so well in his piece.

Ulaq,

Betul la tu...but cannot help think of how much hardship, terror and fear they have to go through. Imagine lining up for a loaf for 10 people for 8 hours...ramai anak2 mati kebuluran...tak minum 4 harior more...I hate seeing the Israeli justifications on TV...hanya manusia zalim dan bodoh je yang terima alasan tu semua...and the doctors and medics working non-stop, without food, supplies and ada yg sanggup risk their lives drive to egypt border to send their critical patients.

They are so strong and resilient and unbreakable..

Setuju. The children did not die in vain. That is a comfort to muslims -- I mean that sincerely -- they are with Allah, and may Allah bless them and their parents.

I think the media, etc, should stop talking about 'operations', 'war,' etc. They should be referring to 'war crimes' 'genocide,' ethnic cleansing,' for that is what this exercise in extermination is.

Waden dah mula tolak barang-barang ni.
